If you didn’t dive for a long time we usually advise taking a Refresher Course. Together with the instructor you will refresh your breathing technique, remind safety and rescue procedures, practice dry rescue scenarios, later repeated in water. We also introduce some yoga exercises for freediving, relaxation and meditation techniques.

The water session will focus on equalization improvement, depth and technique. Together with the Instructor, you will work on your depth improvement.

The course will finish with Apnea Total Freediver Certification, future training routines, and improvement tips.
