To start in a safe way to introduce you to freediving. You will discover different freediving disciplines. Develop good technique for kicking and diving with relaxation.

You will be able to learn breathing techniques for diving with comfort and enable you to hold your breath for longer.

Intro to freediving is DAY 1 of the free diver course, if you like it you can continue with DAY 2 to get certified.
